Health Expo Registration and Pay Link

The date for the Spring Health Expo is July 25 from 9 am to 2 pm. Please stay for the entire time!! We have events that afternoon that many seniors will attend, and if you leave early, they will miss your booth. 

You can register online at the link below or return the attached registration form with your payment no later than July 21. The amount is $25 per table and is due at the time of registration. If you choose to print the registration form, you can mail it, scan it and email it, or deliver it in person. Thank you for your participation. We are excited about this event!
