Volunteer opportunities with the Muncie Delaware County Senior Center

Current volunteer opportunities as of 12/20/25:


  • Event set up, tear down, and concessions
  • Second Harvest food giveaways
  • Janitorial & cleaning
  • Grounds keeping - mowing, weed eating, snow shoveling
  • Building Maintenance - plumbing, electrical, repairs, etc.
  • Office assistant - answering phones, helping in-person visitors
  • Edie's Boutique and Thrift - processing donations and/or helping customers


Visit the Senior Center to fill out a volunteer application and see where you fit in. Open to anyone 16 and older.
